About The Barclay

The Barclay at Hamptons West is one of five sub-associations nestled in the Hamptons West Community. The Association was built in 1984 and is a five story building consisting of sixty-two (62) units. The association is home to approximately 160 individuals.

Located just off McNab Road and SW 81st Avenue, the association boasts units with large bedrooms, two large full bathrooms, laundry room and a Florida room. There are 18 three (3) bedroom condos and 44 two (2) bedroom condos.

Waterfront Views: 30; units ending in 01 to 06 have waterfront views
Management: The Association is managed by Pink Paisley Property Management, there is no on-site office however, you may make appointments to visit the office
Leasing: There is a 10% cap on leases, annual lease only
Parking: Each unit is assigned one parking space. A second vehicle is allowed to parking a guest spot. All vehicles must register with the Master Association
Purchases/Transfers: All residents must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to property transfers or sales
