About The Barclay

The Barclay at Hamptons West Condominium is one of five condominium associations within the Hamptons West community in Tamarac, Florida. Constructed in 1984, The Barclay is a five-story condominium consisting of sixty-two (62) residential units and is home to approximately 160 residents.

Conveniently located near McNab Road and SW 81st Avenue, the community offers spacious condominium homes featuring large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an in-unit laundry room, and an enclosed Florida room. Leasing is subject to the Association's governing documents and current leasing restrictions, including a 10% leasing cap.
Leases must be for a minimum term of one (1) year.

Parking

Each unit is assigned one parking space.
A second vehicle may be parked in designated guest parking, subject to the Association's parking rules.
All vehicles must be registered with the Hamptons West Master Association.

Sales & Transfers

Prospective purchasers and all new residents must receive Association approval prior to closing or occupancy, in accordance with the governing documents.
